Donation Refund Policy

If you have made an error in your donation or have changed your mind about contributing to FLUFF Animal Rescue, we will honor your request for a refund within 5 business days of your donation.  To request a refund, please send an email correspondence to fluffanimalrescue@gmail.com.  Refunds are returned using the original method of payment (cash donations will be returned via check).  PayPal and credit card donations will be credited back to the same account within 5 business days of refund request.  Thank you for your consideration and your decision to partner with us to help save and rehabilitate unloved animals in our community!​
